The Chisholm & Winch Door Set Product comprises options for all internal timber doors including single, door & a half, and double door solutions.

As a result of numerous requests to supply doors to 1st tier suppliers within the Airport environment, we partnered with BM TRADA registered door manufacturers and worked collaboratively with them carrying out the required ‘fire burn testing’ of door sets to obtain the required certification for these doors, we are now able to meet HAL requirements with door sets fully compliant to HAL standard. This product is of excellent quality and competitively priced and we are ready to respond with good lead in times.

All our doors will be supplied with a TRADA Certificate of Manufacture where the product is fire rated, and when installed a separate TRADA Installation Certificate will also be provided. All HAL fire doors must meet the minimum requirements of BM TRADA ‘Q’ certification. This product will be marked with the ‘Q’ mark plugs in the door leaf and will also carry an independent individual manufacturer’s identification mark.

Chisholm & Winch have teamed up with ISOCLAD and together we can offer a product of sustainable quality, which is compliant with current standard. We provide a prompt, efficient and professional service for both standard and non-standard products, technical support and rapid response to your urgent requirements, whether they are large or small orders.

This product is the ISOCLAD Interloc panel, it’s versatile and aesthetic – a composite insulating cladding system, suitable for internal or external applications. The stand out property of this system is that it allows areas to be segregated during the night shift leaving a prefinished product for the Airport Users the following morning which is of a quality almost undiscernible from the quality of existing wall finishes

The product is suitably ideal for temporary partitioning and hoarding with firewall capability, the complete ‘sandwich composite’ process gives the panel it’s structurally impressive ‘free spanning’ characteristics

A benefit of this product is that the installation can be commenced and completed overnight and maintains the quality of the passenger/user environment.

We offer various steel facing materials and alternative substrates are also offered, our systems design can accommodate a number of panel cores. The panels can be supplied in a wide range of sizes and standard colours, non standard are available at an additional cost. Compatible door sets are available as well as glazed sections. The 75mm Mineral Fibre composite panel has been tested in accordance with the requirements of BS 5234-2:1992 for internal partition systems at a height of 3m, this has achieved a Severe Duty Rating. The product is rated to Class ‘O’ spread of flame in accordance with BS 476: Part 7: 1987 – further tests can be carried out to specific requirements.
